How Airlaid Is Made Here
Dry-forming means no water, no binders in standard grades — just engineered fibre and air.
Fibre Preparation
Virgin fluff pulp boards are defibrated into individual fibres — the raw material that decides softness.
Air Forming (M&J)
Fibres are suspended in air and deposited uniformly onto a moving wire — the heart of airlaid.
Thermal Bonding
Bicomponent fibres bond the web through heat, no chemical binder in standard grades.
Calendering & Winding
Thickness and smoothness are calibrated, then the web is wound into parent rolls.
Converting
Embossing, laminating, slitting, folding and printing on our own lines.
QC & Dispatch
Online metal detection plus lab testing of every batch before container loading.
